R&B, Soul Chi-Town Indie Artist Bishop Goodnight

R&B, Soul Chi-Town Indie Artist Bishop Goodnight

Peace, Love, & Global Harmony to All of God’s Rainbow Tribes…

Come join Bishop Goodnight & Nesheba of ESpiritE-Radio7, for an inspiring story of transitioning, evolving, standing, coming out victorious through the storms, and tribulations of life… We all go through things in life; it’s how we come through them that well stand the test of time…

A Saint, but a Sinner that has been through more than you could imagine; my name is self-explanatory. I am a witness, advisor and a testimony. It began before I arrived. The connection of music filled my family with love; to the point that when I was born, it was passed down to me. My great grandmother, my grandmother, and my mother are all vocally inclined.

I attend Rose of Light M.B.C. with my grandmother, from a child until present day. I went from being in the children choir, to JR choir, and then eventually to the adult choir. As a child I use to entertain my mother’s guest by putting on shows in our living room, going to church outings and choir battles with other churches in the neighborhood, and having grammar school and high school choir showcases. Here I am in present day, following my passion, for creating my own world of music.

So, sit back relax, have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine, and enjoy an inspiring conversation…

Phoenix, AZ Indie Artist Bassist, Vocalist, Songwriter Nik West featuring CD Debut “Just in the Nik of Time”

Peace, Love, & Global Harmony to All of God’s Rainbow Tribes…

Phoenix, AZ Indie Artist Bassist, Vocalist, Songwriter Nik West featuring CD Debut “Just in the Nik of Time”.  Can we say gifted, amazing, soulful, funkie, R&B, Neo Soul, and awesome bassist.  You will want to spread the news about Nik West, you will be inspired, and encouraged to live your dream.  Nik’s unique sound, vocals, and songwriting are uplifting full of life experiences.

Nik’s musical career thus far is an example representing how doors open when one walks with blind faith in their journey.  As evidenced by credits that include work for Coca Cola, Apple, and MTV, bassist, singer and songwriter Nik West is anything more than just another pretty face. Challenging and changing the industry around her day by day, West is a special musician with a deep love for music and the chops to back it up.

West’s musical journey began in her hometown, Phoenix, AZ. It was there that her father T. West—an accomplished guitarist—taught her how to play the axe when she was just 13-years-old. Growing up in a household filled with music and creativity. West’s family includes her sisters (keys, drums, violin, and guitar) who were her first band and singing act, and an older brother, a few of which she still records with today.

Though she began her musical journey playing the guitar, the left-handed phenom truly realized her calling when she discovered the bass while in high school. After discovering, the instrument there was no stopping her.

So sit back have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine, and enjoy some good conversation & music with “Nik West” and be inspired…

From Saigon to Southern California Indie Artist Giana Nguyen featuring EP Debut “For Now “

Peace, Love, & Global Harmony to All of God’s Rainbow Tribes…

From Saigon to Southern California Indie Artist Giana Nguyen featuring EP Debut “For Now “.  Every now and then the inspiration of others let’s us know how blessed we really are.  Giana and her family is a wonderful example of this they have endured so much in their lives impacted by post-Vietnam War era conditions.  A true reflection of how one can still dare to dream in the mist of life’s storms, trials & tribulations.  Giana, and her family continued their dreams, through persistence towards a better tomorrow.

Giana’s dream is captured within her EP debut of “For Now” it’s an awesome reflection of someone who believes in love, romance, happiness, and the overall joy for life.
Her true passion of a career of making music, however, was a different path than expected. She had a very brief flirtation with the spark of songwriting within her at age 14, when she wrote her first 2 songs. Just as quickly as the spark ignited, though, it was made to wait. “I guess you could say I started with Plan B for familial and personal obligations, and chose a more practical career path in the health care industry, before circling back to Plan A, which was music.”

After earning her B.S. degree in HealthCare Administration and working a good handful of years in a field far removed from the musical passion inside her, she decided to return to “Plan A” and began apprehending her dreams as a songwriter/performer and music business entrepreneur.

So, sit back relax have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine enjoy a good conversation & music.   Be inspired, encouraged, and empowered by “Giana Nguyen”.

Washington D.C. Indie Artist Ally Way Featuring CD Debut “Mercy on Me”

Peace, Love, & Global Harmony to All of God’s Rainbow Tribes…

Washington D.C. Indie Artist Ally Way Featuring CD Debut “Mercy on Me
is a wonderful expression of Ally’s versatility and breathe of soulful sounds.  Incorporating fusions of alternative, R&B, Gospel, Classical, and Soft Rock.  Ally takes this to this to the next level with lyrics about life, in a passionate way.  This represents a reflection of her spirituality, and how rooted and grounded she is from within.

Legendary producer David Z (Prince, Jody Watley, Fine Young Cannibals, Angilque Kidjo, etc.) did. When he heard Ally Way he was so impressed he immediately came on-board to produce Ally's first release.

Meet Ally Way and this is her year. Smart songs, incredible talent, and a unique musical vision. More than just the latest trend, her songs share the same timeless quality of the great female artists of the rock era.

Ally's muse has taken her many places. She taught yoga in Central America, sang with great Costa Rican musicians, and then rolled into San Francisco like a velvet fog. Arriving with no job and no place of her own, she brought only her talent, her extensive songbook, and her endless optimism. In no time, Ally was cutting tracks with local groups, showcasing in Los Angeles, and making a name with her unique blend of soul, folk, and personal vision.

A strict vegetarian and a student of world spirituality, Ally seeks to communicate with more than words, healing with her voice. Back in the Washington area to be with family, she is putting the finishing touches on her first album. She appears frequently on local stages, sharing her sweetness, warmth, and moving stories with happy fans and new listeners alike.

So, sit back relax have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine and enjoy some good conversation & music with Ally Way.

Western Australian Indie Artist Georgi Kay Featuring EP Debut “Strange Things”

Peace, Love, & Global Harmony to All of God’s Rainbow Tribes…

Western Australian Indie Artist Georgi Kay Featuring EP Debut “Strange Things”, has a unique sound coupled with thought provoking lyrics.  One might   say ‘out of the mouth of babe’s’ intense and wise reflection upon life experiences.
Clearly, the stars are aligned with Georgi because she has accomplished so much in her musical career thus far.

Based upon her winning the 2010 Western Australia Music Award (WAM), and been nominated for a 2011 Independent Music Award for best Indie/Alternative/Hard Rock Song.  For her EP, Strange Things, features 2010 WAM Song of the Year “Breakfast In Bedlam”, 2011 Indie Music Award nominee “Back To Back” and fan favorite “You & Me”, written when she was all of thirteen years old.

Georgi’s dedication and commitment to her craft, her musical career is evident by obtaining such an award this early in life as an world renown indie artist.  This speaks volumes to where she is projected to go.  An additional display of her evolution is represented by Kay as a Youth Ambassador for eHeadspace.com, and supports LifelineWA.

Georgi Kay began her ascent to rock stardom at the age of fourteen, playing lead guitar for rock group The Vains. Within a year, Kay had moved center stage and taken over the lead vocal duties. By 2009, Kay was playing solo shows and recording some of her original material for release. So far the feedback has been tremendous. While based in Australia, Georgi Kay has already begun to build a following in Europe and has even gained fans as far away as the United States of America.

If you speak to Georgi Kay off stage, you’ll be left with the impression of an intensely intelligent and witty young woman; friendly but reserved. The transformation that takes place on stage is nothing short of breath-taking. Kay comes out of her shell, communing with audiences large and small like she’s talking and singing with her best friends. Kay loves everything about music and performing, and the stage has become her second home. When you see Georgi Kay in concert, you’re standing on her turf. Kay takes control immediately and will take you for a ride you’ll never forget.

So, sit back relax have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine and enjoy some good conversation, music, and be inspired by Georgi Kay…

Jazz Bassist Indie Artist, Composer, and Producer Kenny Love featuring his Singles & Soon to be released New Project “Case Sensitive”

Peace, Love, & Global Harmony to All of God’s Rainbow Tribes…

Jazz Bassist Indie Artist, Composer, and Producer Kenny Love featuring his Singles & Soon to be released New Project “Case Sensitive”.  Kenny is originally from Texas and was exposed to the awesome world of music and it’s influence at an early age.  He embraced it dedication, education, and diversifying the sounds and fusions with a global approach.  His gift to explore the range of sounds & genres is well represented by musical portfolio.  Kenny clearly doesn’t restrict himself when composing, he stretches all boundaries towards the universe that music comes from.

This desire to consistently reach out further and diversify is evident throughout his overall professional career.  Jazz/World recording artist Kenny Love has worn many hats in the musical arena -- international radio/video promoter, media publicist, composer, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist. His foray into the world of music began at the tender age of four when, as he recalls, “A miniature trumpet was casually removed from my grasp (and lips) during preparation for a March of Dimes parade as a result of my having failed to cause it to transmit sound, although I was huffing and puffing quite professionally.” This would later become the first instrument for which he received formal training and ultimately mastered.

Kenny performed with several bands in Texas and Germany over the years, including The Lights of Soul (1976), Instant Function (1976-1978), Just Us & Duane (1982), High Rise (1984-1985), Nightwynd (1987), and The Wall of Jazz (2009). In 1984, he was signed by the notable major label R&B producer Aubrey "Skip" Gravatt, after Gravatt, also credited with having discovered disco queen Evelyn Champagne King, heard one of Kenny’s studio recordings. The major label deal never materialized, however, due to Mr. Gravatt's untimely death. Kenny subsequently released several independent single recordings that received both international radio airplay and print media coverage.

Kenny began his career as a radio/video promoter and media publicist in 1991 after successfully marketing, promoting, and publicizing his first recording independently that year. He formally retired in 2010 to return to his first loves of music composition and music production.

So, sit back relax have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine and be inspired, encourage, and enjoy a wonderful conversation & music with “Kenny Love”…

Peace, Love, & Global Harmony to All of God's Rainbow Tribes...

Indie Artist Yancyy Jazz Saxophonist Featuring CD Sax Chronicles, Vol. 1, originally from Detroit, Michigan where the inspirational sounds from the sax captivated and embraced his spirit.  Yancyy initial exposure ironically at a church listening to a sax artist spoke to his soul & spirit in a way that directed his journey through life… Anyone who enjoys music can really appreciate the ethereal sounds that emanates from the saxophone.

Yancyy’s connection not only to the sax but, to the spirituality, healing, and the universal language of music.  This drives his dedication to his craft, and extends through the humanitarian within.  An additional reflection of his discipline and commitment to excellence is exhibited through educational accomplishments such as renowned classical saxophonist Donald Sinta sponsoring Yancyy's attendance at the prestigious Interlochen Fine Arts Academy. Indie Artist Erin Dickins Debut CD “Nice Girls” Founding Member of “The Manhattan Transfer”

Erin Dickins Erin Dickins

Indie Artist Erin Dickins Debut CD “Nice Girls” is absolutely outstanding, its not surprising coming from the founding member of “The Manhattan Transfer”.   Erin’s voice is tranquil, soothing, sultry, and just plain awesome.  It’s an example of the beauty of music and it’s healing power.  Her style of music and method of delivery is what makes great music, legacy music. It’s wonderful to know that she’s returned to music to continue blessing the world, as she did when she founded “The Manhattan Transfer”.  Those that remember them can truly attest to this, and their approach to music just out of this world to say the least…

Having recorded with a virtual who’s who of musical geniuses— from James Brown and James Taylor to Leonard Cohen and Talking Heads—Dickins quit the music business cold turkey. “I had not found my authentic voice as an artist, and it was time. I moved to Honolulu, as far away from New York as I could get,” she says. “It was there that I finally learned that what matters is the gift of music I have been given, and my willingness to share that gift.”

Erin’s inspirational come back stems from giving back to those in need by collaborating  her talents in music and producing a show for Habitat for Humanity, a favored charitable organization. Working with 200 amateur performers on the show sparked Dickins’ creative juices for the first time in a long time.

As the child of artistic parents—Dickins’ mother was a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall and her father an amateur jazz pianist—she was bound to return to her first love. Anchored by the single and video “Nice Girls Don’t Stay for Breakfast”—a remake of 1950’s starlet Julie London’s song—Dickins’ first solo album on Champagne Records was carefully crafted over a two-year process by a stellar group of renowned musicians including producer Jesse Frederick, pianist/ arranger Rob Mounsey (Natalie Cole, Elton John, Tony Bennett) and bassist David Finck (Harry Connick Jr., Rod Stewart).

So, sit back relax have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine, enjoy some good conversation & music with “Erin Dickins”.
